What: Summer Bash Social and Play Party

When: Saturday July 13th, 2024

Time: Noon to Midnight

NOTE: some of us plan to hang out all day and night, using the time to not only play but also Socialize. You are free to come and go between Noon and Midnight as you’d like.

This is an outdoor rain or shine event!

We will have several large tents for cover and shade.

Some additional info about the event:

• There will be no access to the buildings on the grounds such as the house and she-shed.

• There will be limited access to running water, provided only for non potable use such as a fire scene or an emergency.

• There will be limited access to restrooms. We will have port-a-pottys available. Town is also just up the road should you prefer a modern bathroom.

• There will be limited access to electrical power. Some of us will be bringing portable generators but please understand sharing them is at the discretion of each individual owner. There will be no tapping into the properties electrical system.

• A few of us will be spending the night and have camping stuff set up so we can do teardown first thing Sunday morning. These spaces will not be open to general use so please stay out of them unless invited. If you plan to stay and help with teardown, we need to know sooner than later

• Please bring lawn chairs and whatever else you might want for the days activities. This may include cooking over the camp fire supplies, stuff for scenes, a cooler, and so on. And remember, if it doesn’t belong to you, don’t touch it! Consent rules, even among family and friends.

Outdoor event items to consider:

For Trash – if you bring it in, plan on taking it out with you. There is no place to dump trash on the property.
Lawn chairs – there is no seating available, being your own, do NOT sit in chairs that don’t belong to you without permission.
Blanket – a good alternative to chairs.
Tarp – bring a small tarp (5’ x 8’ for example) if you plan to do anything that will make a mess. Nobody wants to walk in your fluids.
Towels – see tarps.

Care Givers/little's and the Little's Community that is growing in Kalamazoo!!!

Come out for the June 2024 Thursday Discussion Night on Thursday June 13th, 2024 at our new location, Traveler's Craft BBQ and Whiskey Bar in Portage MI for an open discussion on Little's Community 101.

Little Community 101: This will be a power point presentation on what the Little Community is and a panel of people who will share their experiences and answer questions. We will be discussing how it fits within the BDSM Community. What terms are used within the Little Community (examples: little, middle, brat, Caregiver, Mommy, Daddy, etc.). Everyone is welcome who wants to learn more about the Little Community, who sees themselves as a little/Caregiver, and anyone who has questions or are curious about the lifestyle.

Meet your presenters:

Daniel: I have been in the community for about 3 to 4 years but didn't have a Little of my own until about a year and a half ago. Most of my knowledge and experiences come from first hand and witnessing other CGL (Caregiver/Little) relationships.

Darcy: I have been in the community for about 2 years now. My experiences come from first hand and also seeing other CGL relationships. I am also a huge book nerd and researcher. so a lot of what I know of terms and protocol comes from what I have read.

Dandelion-Tea: Hello, Dandelion-Tea here. I have been in the BDSM community since 2018 and have had experiences and gained knowledge on cgl, age regression and other similar dynamics (ddlg or variants, abdl, etc) since then through various resources including books, articles, and other educational resources on the topic.

At this munch @Dandelion-Tea will provide a coloring corner table for the littles of our community. We will provide coloring pages and things to color with, just promise not to make a mess.

Clothing: If you wouldn't wear it at Grandma's or around your kids, don't wear it to a munch!

NO TOYS at the munches. If you have toys you would like to show or sell, please leave them in your car and show them in the parking lot only.

Kalamazoo Collaborative Alternative Kink Education presents...

Wreck-Room Back on the Road would like to announce A Taste of Kink II.1, A kinky buffet for learning, Tops can ask questions while trying their hand at various skills and Bottoms can experience many new sensations in the typical Buffet format. This is the follow-up to the party that was canceled in June.

Whether top, bottom, switch, or just curious you can always learn something new! Have someone show you just how to use a cane or feel rope across your skin for the first time.

We are still working on presenters reconfirming presenters for fire, bondage/rope electrical, wax, canes, flogging, and more!

This is designed for both Tops and Bottoms. Our stations will have experienced and knowledgeable instructors that can demonstrate and discuss all aspects of the station.

Much time and effort are going into planning an event that will be both a learning experience and a play party that all can enjoy.

The event will be outdoors on several acres to provide reasonable Covid Remediation.

A traditional Play party will follow With Dungeon Masters for your safety.
